Designer Workouts

Due to my busy schedule. I only accept personal training clients who can accommodate a flexible schedule. The average training client works with me 2 x per week. If you choose to do a special DIET AND TRAINING PROGRAM than you may join group training sessions.

Sessions

Sessions are not limited to one hour. Some sessions may be 45 min or even a half hour depending on what the session training consists of. Sessions average 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Consultations

Consultations are mandatory in order to make sure we are the right fit for each other. I do not just accept any clients. I must evaluate your needs and make sure that I can guarantee to meet those needs. If I feel you would do better working with someone else. I do have people that I can refer you to.

Assessments

ssessments are done to give you a starting point for your training needs. I will do your body compositions that includes your BODY FAT, height, weight and measurements of CHEST, ARMS, LEGS, WAIST, HIPS, etc. to give you a clear understanding of where you are at and what your goals are. WE will also test your flexibility, endurance and strength on that day. From there you will be given a sound plan to begin your training session within one week.

  • Legs/Lower body workouts: on average take 30 - 45 min
    w/ Cardio intervals up to 1 hr
  • Upper Body Workouts: 1/2 hour
    w/ cardio intervals 45 mins
  • Total Body Workouts: 50 - 1 hour
  • Abs/Core/Pilates/Yoga: 45 mins
  • Corrective Work: 30 - 45 mins

Sports Massage available with workout upon request for an additional fee. Referrals for other therapies including cranial sacral work, shiatsu, and theraputic massage are also available upon request.


Designer Workouts

Create Your own combination of workouts. You will receive a proposal of the costs based on the location and how many people are involved. This can be done in a private or group personal training format.

Options for format include the following:

Pilates
Yoga
Sports conditioning (plyometrics and drills)
Strength training
Core work
Resist-a-ball
Kick boxing


Fit Camp With Michelle

Group Camp/Mini Boot Camps
Group camps are held at various locations and involve anything from sports conditioning to mind and body programs. They usually run 2 to 4 hours.

Private Camp
Private camps are designed to personally address an individuals needs for weight loss or training. Accomodations can be set up for an individual to come and stay near or with Michelle. The program involves a detailed exercise and nutrition plan, a Fit Camp, as well as various other classes you will attend during your stay. You also have an option to set up spa services. A consultation by phone or in personal is mandatory and will determine pricing and what your individual needs are.
