DESERT YOGA:
This is HOT YOGA.It is a milder approach than BIKRAM. You will do various poses that open the body. The style of yoga used is eclectic. The heat makes the muscles more pliable. Heat helps the body release toxins into the blood stream, breaks up lactic acid build up to alleviate soreness and tenseness. All this helps you become more flexible.
