Fitness
My vision
as a fitness instructor and personal trainer is to offer safe, effective
and well-balanced programs. My number one priority is your well being.
I believe that exercise
is not just for physical results, but improves the quality of life in
general. My hope for each client is that you will be open to new exercises
options. I will assist and educate you in any way I can to find the platforms
that are right for you.
I hold certifications
in a variety of health and exercise modes, including YOGA, PILATES, Sports
Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, the Ball, CORE, strength training and more.
The platform I personally work off of is what I refer to as "fusion
training" - the idea that proper breathing, movement, flexibility
and strength training are equally important. Good posture and core strength
are the foundations to all movements in and outside of the class. In each
class and session, attention is given to alignment and form.
Working with me you
are in good hands and you are with an expert who cares. I want to prevent
the onset of injury and keep you being proactive with your knowledge and
understand of what is good for your body. You will see that the pinnacle
is you and that all the resources you need to live a quality life are
right there in You!
